2. Services
Waootours provides private transfers and small-group or private excursions for up to 13 passengers, unless otherwise specified.
Drivers are professional drivers and may not be licensed tour guides unless expressly stated.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings may be requested through the website form or by direct communication.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
4. Pricing
All prices are per vehicle / per group, unless otherwise specified.
Prices include the applicable service components described at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through secure external providers. Waootours does not store full payment card details.
6. Cancellation Policy
- More than 72 hours before service → Full refund
- 48 to 72 hours before service → 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before service → No refund
7. Changes
Changes to an existing booking are subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment.
8. No-show
If the customer does not appear at the agreed time and location, the service will be considered missed and no refund will be due.
9. Delays
Waootours is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays, port delays, or other factors outside its reasonable control.
10. Conduct
Waootours reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service in case of unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior.
11. Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service. Waootours is not responsible for indirect damages or belongings left in the vehicle.
12. Force Majeure
Waootours is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, restrictions, or similar circumstances.
